As I write this post, I don’t know how to write this next review without addressing where I’ve been and what I’ve done since the first run of the website. So fuck it, why not just combine both just to save some space and some sanity for this website's overlord and my unfortunate editor in both HTML and English, Walrus.


To give the TL;DR on what all has happened, I’ve watched more, written more, restarted my degree, graduated with a degree in English, burned bridges, rebuilt bridges, and then some went stagnant and abandoned. I then proceeded to experience heartache, isolation, pestilence, heartache, love, and oh yeah that funny event back in 2020. Then again everything kinda melded together the past however many years so some things are probably in the wrong order.


Anyway back to your regularly scheduled programming over trash anime reviewed by a guy who is one; disinterested in the show in question, and two; understand I am just an internet jester invoking my right to make jokes.


Mahou Shoujo ni Akogarete (Gushing Over Magical Girls)

The simple synopsis of the show is MC likes magical girls and wants to get close to them by any means necessary. Things start to go for a turn after a dark and twisted Pikachu decides to just show up and make her the archnemesis of the magical girl group. Shenanigans ensue and our intrepid villainess gains a gaggle of goons to galavant around town engaging in group activities while gauging the group’s effectiveness against the great and mighty group of Magical Girls. There is a large elephant in the room that I’ve been avoiding talking about when discussing this show, and I will continue to avoid talking about it.



TL:DR Yes, it’s a sex thing.

Reccomendation: I was forced to watch this by this blog’s grand inquisitor, no I don’t recommend it to anyone unless you want to torture your friends in the group watch.


Walrus: Well I liked it :D, though getting Wario to watch it was very funny. Every time I would bring it up he would let out this big sigh like "not again..."
